Properties :  Biotite is a rooting stone, directly connected to the base Chakra, it gives us strong roots.

Very effective against muscle cramps, it is also able to strengthen our bone structure. Affixed to the Solar Plexus Chakra , Biotite calms anxiety attacks and spasmophilia attacks. It also lessens resentment, anger, and such pent up feelings. This stone helps us to be more flexible and understanding towards what surrounds us.  

Combined with Magnesite , Biotite can be used in case of excessive sweating.
